This data is essential for delivering a personalized and functional experience for managing your Tibia characters and analyzing hunts.

We use your data solely to operate the Bot and provide its services, including:

• Character Management: Enabling you to add, edit, delete, or view your Tibia characters.
• Hunt Analysis: Processing hunt data to calculate optimal charm assignments, damage estimates, or weapon proficiency XP.
• Storage of Configurations: Saving and displaying hunt analyses or charm configurations you choose to store.
• Functionality Improvement: Using interaction data to identify errors and enhance the Bot's performance.

Storage: Your data is stored in a secure database, linked to your Discord User ID and accessible only to you.

Retention: We retain your data until you delete it using commands like /character delete or /hunt delete. If the Bot is discontinued, all stored data will be securely deleted.
